1) What is Sexy Back Fitness Bootcamp?
This is a 6-Week Get Your Butt Into Shape Workout! We, as women & moms, put ourselves last on every list! We end up not taking care of ourselves and our bodies pay the price! This bootcamp is to help all of us women take back our bodies! Just because you are a mom or aren't in your 20's any more, doesn't mean you have to look the part! We are taking control and making women sexy again!
2) What does each workout session consist of?
Nothing is off limits in this class! We will burn fat & tone up! My goal is to teach everyone what exercises maximize your efforts! We are all so busy that we need the most bang for the time, right? So we will maximize the time we have together to give you a complete head to toe workout! We will really focus on firming up those rear-ends, thighs, arms and abs! Those are the areas most women complain about! Yes you can have flat abs again :-)
3) What do I wear?
This is not a fasion show! Custom Fit Training is for real people! We are not a typical gym so you don't have to worry about what everyone is doing or wearing! We have the whole place to ourselves! That is the best part! Please wear good gym shoes! Make sure they have good support. I see people all too often wearing 10 year old tennis shoes and wondering why their back hurts. We need the support of good shoes.
4) What do I need to bring?
Just bring yourself & a water bottle! We will be giving you some paperwork to help you keep track of your eating and workouts! You will bring those each week to the first workout of the week. They will keep us honest and on track!
5) Do I need any of my own equipment?
Absolutley not! We will supply everything you need to get a great workout. One thing that I would recommend is a heart rate monitor! You can get these at any sporting goods store. (I believe Target even sells them). You don't need bells and whistles on them, just the basic one will do. This is not a must though. Just an option to keep track of your heart rate and make sure you are in your target fat burning zone.
6) What if I miss a workout?
You are welcome to come to any of the other classes to make up that missed class. Any make-up classes must happen before the session is over. Missed workouts do not roll over to the next 6-week session.
7) How long is each class & each session?
Each workout class is about 60 minutes! Each session will run 6-weeks in length.
8) What sort of results will I see from this class?
If you really committ and make the most of this 6-weeks, you can expect to lose several inches and several pounds of fat. You will also feel stronger and have more energy! These are the great benefits of exercise. This will only happen if you give 110% at each workout session! I will also ask those of you who want the below results to push yourself the extra distance and get in 2-3 cardio sessions on your own! The prize is the best body you've ever had!
